  • Inappropriate Interactions with Minors: Any messaging, engagement, or behavior that seeks to exploit or manipulate minors for sexual or harmful purposes.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

We encourage users to report any CSAE-related content or activities immediately. DostiSpot provides the following reporting mechanisms:

  • In-App Reporting: Users can report CSAE content directly through the platform’s reporting tools.

  • Law Enforcement Collaboration: We work closely with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to investigate and act on reports.

4. Detection and Prevention Measures

To prevent CSAE on our platform, DostiSpot employs:

  • Automated Detection: AI-powered tools and databases (e.g., PhotoDNA) to detect known CSAM content.
  • Human Moderation: A dedicated team to review flagged content and enforce policies.

5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation

DostiSpot complies with global CSAE laws, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. PROTECT Act & COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
  • EU Directive 2011/93/EU on Combating Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children

6. Consequences for Violations

If a user is found violating our CSAE policy:

  • Immediate Account Termination: The user’s account will be permanently banned.
  • Content Removal: Any violating content will be immediately removed.
  • Legal Action: If necessary, we will report the user to law enforcement authorities.
  • IP & Device Bans: We may block repeat offenders from accessing DostiSpot.

7. User Education and Awareness

DostiSpot promotes online safety education by:

  • Providing resources for parents, educators, and minors on staying safe online.
