Thank you for being a part of DostiSpot, a platform dedicated to supporting creators. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for both creators and supporters. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any transactions.
1. Subscription and One-Time Payments
- All payments made to support creators on DostiSpot, whether through subscriptions or one-time contributions, are final and non-refundable.
- Supporters acknowledge that their contributions directly benefit creators, and as such, refunds will not be processed unless explicitly required under applicable laws.
2. Cancellation of Subscriptions
- Supporters can cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.
- Canceling a subscription does not entitle the supporter to a refund for any prior payments.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without the account holder’s authorization, a refund request can be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Technical Errors: If a duplicate charge or other billing error occurs due to a platform malfunction, a refund may be processed upon verification.
- Creator Fraud: If a creator is found to be engaging in fraudulent activities and is removed from the platform, supporters may request a refund for recent transactions related to that creator.
4. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund under the eligible cases mentioned above, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the transaction details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are final.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension or restriction from future transactions on DostiSpot.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to us before filing a dispute with your payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
DostiSpot reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes to the policy constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
